Moral Premise Home

Assumptions:

  1. All evaluations are based on what is the probable or intended moral premise statement upon which the plot, character, dialogue, art direction, and soundtrack are structured.
  2. Submissions need not query in advance. Send to above address. You'll get most for your dollar if you supply all that is asked for below. If you don't have or can't figure out the moral premise statement, I'll try to come up with one.
  3. Rates assume feature length script of 90-120 pages (max). Additional pages will be prorated.
  4. Hardcopy in industry standard format required. For script format see Riley's THE HOLLYWOOD STANDARD (Michael Wiese Productions). All other materials should be submitted on: single-sided, letter size, white, 20# paper, three-ring punched with one brad; text set inside 1-in margins, with 12-point Courier, double-spaced, page numbers in upper-right margin; and cover sheet containing title in center, and contact information at lower left.
  5. Payment included with check that clears, or PayPal to Stan@MoralPremise.com
  6. Include SASE for return of material.
  7. Electronic submissions accepted in Final Draft, Screenwriter 2000, or M.S. Word. Add $25 for printing and return postage.
  8. Always include real name, full return address, phone number, and email address.
  9. Turn around depends on other deadlines, usually 2-3 weeks. If longer I will contact you after receipt of your material.
  10. All materials must be accompanied by industry standard "Submission Release." If I receive material without a "Submission Release" material will be destroyed. Download .pdf of Submission Release HERE.
